Description
Le sel d'Epsom apporte de nombreux bienfaits à l'organisme. Remède naturel très apprécié pour soulager divers maux, il est relaxant et apaisant, favorise l'absorption transdermique du magnésium et nettoie la peau. Traditionnellement utilisé pour détoxifier et soulager les muscles et les pieds douloureux, il revient aujourd'hui dans les rituels de soins modernes pour apporter sa richesse en magnésium biodisponible.

RECOMMANDATIONS D'UTILISATION
- il suffit de le verser dans un bain chaud pour une détente assurée
- comme ingrédient dans les préparations pour le bain, les sels de bain
- comme ingrédient dans les mélanges exfoliants, les soins exfoliants pour le corps
- ajouter 3 à 5 cuillères à soupe à l'eau chaude du bain et se détendre pendant 20 minutes, jusqu'à trois fois par semaine
- mélanger 250 g de sel d'Epsom avec 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile végétale + 1 à 2 cuillères à café d'huile essentielle telle que menthe poivrée, lavande, pamplemousse, romarin, gaulthérie ou eucalyptus citronné ; mettre le mélange dans un bocal en verre et utiliser une quantité appropriée une fois par semaine
- Ajoutez 1 à 2 cuillères à soupe à de l'eau chaude pour un bain de pieds

I like the epsom salt from Ellemental. Does anyone know the country of origin of the salt? It says it is produced in Poland but where is it extracted from?

Salt baths really work wonders. Combinations with oils feel different depending on what you add, with clay or powders. I'm getting a bag in my order now. It was long saved in the cart and expected to come back in stock before the website changed.

På trods af navnet er det jo snarere mineral end salt. Under alle omstændigheder er det supergodt som tilsætning til badet. Jeg bruger det også meget til almindeligt fodbad.
