- convient aux soins capillaires, aux traitements capillaires, aux lotions corporelles apaisantes, aux crèmes anti-âge pour le visage
- à utiliser en masque mélangé à d'autres poudres naturelles et à de l'eau / de l'eau florale
- à combiner avec d'autres poudres ayurvédiques pour préparer un shampooing sec
- à utiliser en macérat aqueux ou en infusion, dans des crèmes, lotions, après-shampooings, lotions anti-chute
- Utilisez-le en macérat huileux pour préparer des huiles capillaires et des masques, des crèmes de nuit pour peaux matures
GUIDE DE FORMULATION
- Comment préparer un macérat huileux
- utilisez 100 ml d'huile végétale de votre choix et mélangez-la avec 10 g de poudre
- agitez bien afin de disperser la poudre dans le liquide et laissez macérer jusqu'à 7 jours, en agitant de temps en temps
- filtrez à l'aide d'un filtre à café ou d'un tamis fin, transférez le filtrat dans un flacon propre
- utilisez l'huile macérée dans votre projet ou conservez-la dans un endroit frais ; elle se conserve plusieurs mois
- Comment préparer une infusion
- Ajoutez 100 ml d'eau bouillante à 10 g de poudre et mélangez
- Laissez infuser jusqu'à 15 minutes
- Filtrez à l'aide d'un outil adapté ou d'un papier filtre, laissez refroidir et transférez le filtrat recueilli dans une bouteille propre
- incorporer immédiatement à votre formulation ou ajouter un conservateur (1 % de Cosgard) pour le conserver plus longtemps pour de futurs projets

I use it to make oily macerates for hair and scalp applications, or included as such in hair masks, combined with oils and butters, manjishta and ashwagandha. I also use neutral henna in parallel. After a couple of covid episodes and a period of prolonged emotional stress/consumption, my hair had fallen out extremely hard, thinning, very limp and lifeless. Combined with a proper lifestyle and diet, internal supplements and lots of detangling/relaxing, the hair thickens, becomes stronger, regenerates well and looks much healthier. I apply in between washes and floral or herbal waters (purchased or distilled by me) helpful for hair/scalp and have found it's good to combine with baking soda, I probably had too acidic an environment on my scalp.

I discovered this powder recently but better late than never. In combination with Amla and red clay it helps to fight ingrown ingrowns and gives a shiny look to the hair.

Bhringaraj is the organic aid against hair loss and premature ingrowing. I have been facing the problem of hair fall since a while. I will take treatment on this ayurvedic powder for long term.
