Description
Notre cire de soja est spécifiquement développée pour les bougies en récipient. Les bougies fabriquées avec cette cire végétale pure ont un aspect crémeux, une surface lisse, une combustion propre et une bonne diffusion du parfum.
Ce produit est biodégradable et adapté aux végétaliens. Aucun produit d'origine animale n'est utilisé et aucun test sur les animaux n'a été effectué lors de sa fabrication.
Ingrédients: Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
Point de congélation 35-40°C
Point de fusion 45-53°C
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Préparez le récipient, il doit être propre et au moins à température ambiante.
2. Placez la mèche dans le récipient et fixez sa position à l'aide d'une pince à linge.
3. Faites fondre la cire au bain-marie, remuez pendant la fonte. Ne chauffez pas au-dessus de 85°C ni pendant une période prolongée.
4. Ajoutez la quantité souhaitée de colorant ou de pigment ainsi que l'huile essentielle ou la fragrance de votre choix, jusqu'à 8-10 pour cent, et mélangez bien. Utilisez toujours des huiles essentielles et des fragrances ayant un point d'éclair supérieur à 75°C.
5. Versez dans le récipient à la température de coulée recommandée de 65-70°C. Laissez solidifier lentement.
6. Pour les bougies à base de cire de soja, un temps de cure de 3-4 jours est recommandé avant la première utilisation.
NOTES
- Les cires naturelles ont tendance à nécessiter des mèches plus grandes que les cires de paraffine traditionnelles.
- La taille et la profondeur de la zone de fusion affectent grandement la diffusion du parfum, une mèche correcte est donc indispensable.
- Un refroidissement plus lent favorisera l'adhérence au récipient, tandis qu'un refroidissement plus rapide favorisera le décollement.
- Notre cire de soja a une formation de givre réduite, cependant, en cas de changements brusques de température, comme la plupart des cires de soja, elle peut cristalliser.
- Chaque combinaison de récipient, cire, colorant, parfum et mèche doit être testée pour la qualité de combustion. Nous suggérons de tester une petite quantité du produit avant de commencer une production à grande échelle.

Soy Wax - I recommend it, including for candles and solid perfumes. It's easy to work with, the candles have a smooth look.
I have tried using the wax in scented tablets and when it closes it gets scratchy. Any idea why that happens?
